Our shipping policy aims to utilise the most cost-efficient delivery method available so that we can keep postage costs for our customers as low as possible. As a result, tracking may not be included and we may split up orders into several packages.
Bless Their Cottontails and Healthy Nibbles products are shipped from separate locations. Please be prepared to receive staggered deliveries. Each part of the order will be sent as it becomes ready and shipping confirmation emailed once the entire order has been dispatched.
Where applicable, parcels are posted with authority to leave.
Extra features (e.g. cover for loss or damage, signature on delivery) and upgrades to express or other premium services can be purchased on request.
Our processing time varies, depending on a multitude of factors. As the bulk of our products are handmade to order, generally speaking, please allow for up to 6 weeks for orders to be processed.
When we are particularly busy, longer processing times may apply.

For deliveries within Australia, we charge a flat rate of $15 shipping.
We use courier services as well as Australia Post for deliveries within Australia.
We use Australia Post to ship international orders.
Currently, international postage charges are NOT calculated at checkout, they will be invoiced & charged separately after we receive your order.
International shipping charges vary depending on the destination, weight and size of the order.

Local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
There are restrictions with what can be imported to certain locations, please familiarise yourself with your local import regulations as we take no responsibility for deliveries confiscated by customs to the extent permitted by law.

Refund & Returns Policy
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind
Cancellation or Change
It may be possible for you to cancel or change your order if your order has not started being processed. Please email us and if cancellation or change remains possible, we will assist you. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to refunds of this nature.
