Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy aims to utilise the most cost-efficient delivery method available so that we can keep postage costs for our customers as low as possible. As a result, tracking may not be included and we may split up orders into several packages.

Where applicable, parcels are posted with the authority to leave.

 

Extra features (e.g. cover for loss or damage, signature on delivery) and upgrades to express or other premium services can be purchased on request.

​

Deliveries generally go out on Tuesday and Friday afternoon.

Processing Times

Orders consisting of only 'Ready to Ship' products are being dispatched within 10 business days.

 

Please allow 12 weeks for orders with any products that are 'Made to Order' to be processed. Although many orders will not take the entire 12 weeks, please only order if you are willing to wait as we will not estimate the time individual orders will take.

When we are particularly busy, longer processing times may apply.

Domestic Orders

For deliveries within Australia, shipping is capped at 15 AUD.

 

We use courier services as well as Australia Post for deliveries within Australia.

International Orders

We use Australia Post to ship international orders.

Currently, international postage charges are NOT calculated at checkout, they will be invoiced & charged separately after we receive your order. 

 

International shipping charges vary depending on the destination, weight and size of the order.

Local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

There are restrictions with what can be imported to certain locations, please familiarise yourself with your local import regulations as we take no responsibility for deliveries confiscated by customs to the extent permitted by law.

Refund & Returns Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind

 

Cancellation or Change
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please leave us a message using our website chat or email us with the details and we will try and accommodate your request. Any refunds that occur as a result will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
